I AM 67.

I don’t feel old at 67 years as age is only a number to me. However health problems tell me I’m getting on. I am still reasonably fit to do most things in life. I feel young for my age and try to do a lot of activities and hobbies to keep me well. 

I am active in the community and also at home. To recuperate from a long day I always have something in my life to keep me busy, usually reading a lot.

I go to the library most lunch times. I am a member of of the library lunch club also. I am a member of the of the writing group and the stepping stones charity. This social network helps to broaden my social circle and to broaden my friendships for the present and the future.

I need to be occupied to keep my stress levels and anxiety levels low and my depression under control. As I get older I find this works well for me. This helps me lead a life that has more fun and is stress free and helps me to cope with everything on my own.

The ups and downs of life and all life’s challenges and goals seem more easy to handle when I am busy. The modern world keeps us all busy day to day.
